Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZakGT software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install ZakGT Host application
• Access tools you have purchased or subscribed to
• Use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Share your account with others
• ❌ Attempt to bypass HWID protection
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• ❌ Share license keys or authentication tokens
• ❌ Use the software for illegal purposes
• ❌ Modify or create derivative works
• ❌ Sell or redistribute the software

4. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person (multi-accounting is prohibited)
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. HWID Locking Policy

To prevent unauthorized sharing, tools are locked to your hardware:

• Each license is bound to one device (HWID)
• HWID resets are limited to 1 per 30 days
• Hardware changes may trigger automatic verification
• Sharing tools with others is a violation and will result in ban

6. Payments & ZakGT Coins

• ZakGT Coins are virtual currency for purchasing tools
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased
• Coin prices may change without notice
• Unused coins have no cash value
• All transactions are final
• Chargebacks will result in account termination

7. Tool Usage Rules

When using our tools:

• Use at your own risk - we are not responsible for any game bans
• Some tools may trigger anti-cheat detection
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all games
• Tools are provided "as is" without warranty

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior towards staff or users
• Attempting to exploit or hack our systems
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAKGT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
